reflect the time and professional expertise
needed to deliver a building that satisfies
your brief, and satisfies the myriad of
regulatory and practical requirements that
have to be met at every stage of the project.
These fees can only be set once the brief for the project
is defined, the requirement for other consultants determined,
and the extent of services specified.
